During this COVID-19 social distancing quarantine, I’ve started making vegetarian lunches in our home. Since meat is about as hoarded as toilet paper, it also stretches the meat we have which directly reduces the number of times we need to go the grocery store during all this chaos.

Let’s remember we are part of a community and we can do our part to make sure everyone has access to enough food and is safely able to get it during this unprecedented time in history.
